Our other processor held a large amount of our funds indefinitely and would only talk to us when it was convenient for them. We asked around for a better solution, and Big Sky Commerce came highly recommended. We recently made the switch to Big Sky Commerce, and the process has been seamless. Not only did they have a way to process at our retail location, but they also had a wireless option for special events at other locations. Its important to me to keep business local if possible, especially for customer service and repair issues. Any problems that have arisen since signing on have been taken care of promptly. Secondly, their fees proved to be much more competitive that our previous processors. I have been happy with my service rep, Gary Marsh. We decided to switch credit card companies when we realized that we were being charged a number of fees. When we inquired of our company, after waiting on hold, we were tossed around to several different agents each with a separate explanation for our fees. TDS Inc., has been providing software to the transportation industry since 1985.
